Relocate to Beam

Disappointed with your current address or you do not need a physical presence anymore? Bring your address to Beam! Since we are the only attorney-owned provider, we only host your company but also help with the mandatory re-registrations with authorities. You are free to change your company's address at any time but all authorities need to be officially informed! We will help you with that. The task is simple: One of the managing/proxy directors visits the notary to sign a deed on reporting to the commercial registry the company's relocation.

All you need to do is the following:

• add your company's current address in our virtual office shop,
• add the price code from below.

That's all on your side! Our tasks will be the following. We have to consider when a director is in Germany or not. We can support in both situations.

• obtaining the corporate documents from the registry at our cost to know where to start,
• when the director is in Germany, we will organize a notary in the director's vicinity who will speak English.
• when the director is not in Germany, we will liaise with our notary and provide instructions how the director is to sign the "relocation deed" from abroad.
• registering the change with the trade office,
• paying the legal fees for the notary, commercial registry and trade office,
• instructing you whom else is to be informed of this change via a special checklist.

The updating will occur once the changes are registered! Our all-inclusive fees for this service will be € 600 ex VAT.
